UFS101 - 4th Vocabulary Entry

1.     word:      Genuinely 
Meaning:  in accordance with truth or fact or reality
Example: He was just a genuinely nice person who was exceptionally bright, exceptionally bright, and driven and talented.

2.          word:   Trait
Meaning:  a distinguishing feature of your personal nature
Example: The traits associated with the serotonin system express themselves in what I call Builders.

3.        word:     Affects
Meaning: have an effect upon
Example: Here's a survey of today's addictions you may not even be aware you have and a look at one way an addiction can affect the brain.

4.         word:   Leadership
Meaning: the activity of leading
Example: Its charter fading, its goals diverging, the nation needs to redefine what leadership means.

5.      word:   Exhibits
Meaning: an object or statement produced before a court of law and referred to while giving evidence
Example: The exhibit will probably move to Berlin and New York City next.

6.     word:     Humble
Meaning: cause to be unpretentious
Example: Gagarin's humble upbringing and outgoing personality helped win him friends too and fans.

7.     word:     Worrying
Meaning: causing distress or worry or anxiety
Example: Well, their worrying may now resume

8.      word:   Perfection
Meaning:  the state of being without a flaw or defect
Example: So, no character assassination can diminish me and my perfection.

9.      word:   Selfishness
Meaning: stinginess resulting from a concern for your own welfare and a disregard of others
Example: The peculiar greatness of Reinhold Messer is grounded in a pure form of selfishness.

10.   word:   Sacrifice
Meaning: the act of losing or surrendering something as a penalty for a mistake or fault or failure to perform etc.
           Example: In this case we should merely acknowledge the sacrifice of Capt.
